I bumped into this trying to find an answer to the NTSC 720 vs. 640 conundrum. Thanks to Chris Pirazzi. The man is gangster. He created the original Bill Gates Borg image, not to mention Apple’s standard for uncompressed YCbCr video in QuickTime.
